At BroadVision we focus a lot on the process to ensure a trust relation between employer, employee and us.

A. THE VISIT
The business process starts with the visit of our Resource Manager to the Clients Premise to learn about the requirements. We are equipped to deal with any Resource Requirements and in all the Verticals. Generally we charge 8.33% of the CTC from the Clients as sourcing fees of candidate.

B. THE SHORTLISTING
We take great efforts to make sure we arrive at the right candidate all the time. A study of the requirement and the possible sources is done before short-listing the candidates. We have an excellent database of resumes, where we could borrow candidates.

In case of more specific requirements, which requires Industry Knowledge, Special Edge, or some Technical Expertise our team is specialized in the process of “Head Hunting” and “Executive Search”.

We aim to lay a foundation towards building a lasting relationship between the employer and the employee. Every effort is made to make sure the candidate fits the required profile perfectly.

C. THE INTERVIEW
Short listed Candidates are called for the initial interview at our premise. Keeping in mind the clients’ requirement our HR Team conducts the Interview in the modern methodology. A final list of Candidates is prepared after the elimination process based on the benchmark provided by the Client.

D. THE FOLLOW UP
After the Clients interview the Candidates we tend to keep track of the result of the interview and communicate with the Clients and the Candidates.
